Saturday I made breakfast for everyone, then went out and finally got my car washed. Thursday was cold and thunderstorm-y, so as previously stated I peaced out on the idea of driving to New Orleans for a parade. I made breakfast and lunch for the 'rents, did a load of towels, dusted my bedroom, put up a new shade on the front door to replace one that broke, and finished the Starry Night mini cross stitch. So I'm definitely not going to the parade in New Orleans. Even if I could be sure the weather would be okay in time for Muses, I hate driving long distances in heavy rain and thunder. I went to CVS, Rouse's, and the gas station; no carwash because a) raining, and b) Mardi Gras parade somewhere in Lafayette and probably Youngsville. Bought some fir and spruce essential oils; the fir is a re-stock and the spruce is new. Sometimes I wonder, do I really need fir, spruce, pine, cedar, and cypress oils?
